Built by hosts, for hosts
We didn't start as a software company. We started as property managers, running vacation rentals across multiple markets.
The job is mostly the same handful of tasks, on repeat: welcome texts, door codes, cleaner coordination, "what's the wifi?". We built internals to take that off our plates. Messages went out on time. Codes programmed themselves. Issues showed up before a guest had to complain.
We still run our own homes on it. That's the product.
