Connect Hospitable to
OnRepeat's AI operating layer.
Apply for the limited Hospitable pilot to bring your listings, reservations, and conversations into OnRepeat. Approved operators receive account setup and onboarding instructions by email.

What flows in
- Listings and property details
- Reservations and stay timing
- Conversation history
- Operational context for AI
What you can run
Built for Hospitable teams that want less manual work and more leverage.
Teams that want faster guest communication
Your AI messaging agent learns from your previous conversations, listing information, and documentation. Its knowledge base is fully auditable, and self-improves as you correct its output.
Operators tired of disconnected workflows
Bring your PMS, smart locks, Slack, Notion, SMS, Google Drive, and other operational tools into one AI-native operating layer with shared context.
Portfolios that want more leverage as they scale
Grow your portfolio without adding more admin overhead, so you can spend less time on the minutiae and more time creating a personal guest experience.
Here's how onboarding works during the Hospitable pilot.
Apply for the Hospitable pilot
Tell us about your portfolio, your current setup, and where you want the most help from OnRepeat.
If approved, get your account setup link
We review applications manually and email approved operators their sign-up and onboarding instructions.
Connect Hospitable during onboarding
OnRepeat sends you through Hospitable's OAuth flow. Approve access there, then land back in OnRepeat automatically.
Sync listings, reservations, and conversations
OnRepeat pulls in the property and stay context that powers guest messaging, workflow triggers, and operational visibility.
Optionally connect the rest of your stack
You can also connect your smart locks, Slack workspace, SMS, Notion, and Thumbtack account to bring the rest of your operating tools into the loop.
Launch the workflows you actually need help with
Run OnRepeat's deterministic guest-messaging and access-code workflows. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client to analyze listings, reservations, conversations, reviews, and operational context.
Before You Apply
- An active OnRepeat account
- A Hospitable account with access to the properties you want to connect
- Permission to approve third-party OAuth access in Hospitable
Pilot access
Controlled rollout, manual approval.
This is a limited Hospitable pilot, not an open public sign-up. Approved operators receive their setup instructions directly, then connect through the OAuth flow during onboarding.
Questions teams usually ask before they apply.
Do I need API keys to connect Hospitable?+
No. This integration uses Hospitable's OAuth flow, so the connection is authorized through sign-in and approval rather than manual key entry.
Why is the Hospitable connection required?+
OnRepeat depends on a PMS connection to function. Hospitable provides the listings, reservations, calendars, and conversation context for AI guest messaging, deterministic workflows, and questions you ask through a connected MCP client.
How does onboarding work during the pilot?+
Pilot applications are reviewed manually. Approved operators receive their account setup and onboarding instructions by email, then connect Hospitable through the OAuth flow during onboarding.
Does this replace Hospitable?+
No. Hospitable stays the system of record. OnRepeat uses its PMS data to power AI guest messaging, deterministic operational workflows, and the open-standard connection to your chosen MCP client.
Can I use this for smart-lock and arrival workflows too?+
Yes, when you also connect a supported smart-lock provider. Hospitable supplies the stay context, and the lock integration adds the access layer for arrival-related workflows.
Do I need to book a demo before connecting?+
No. You can apply for the Hospitable pilot directly. A demo is optional if you want to talk through fit, rollout, or portfolio setup first.
How can pilot users contact support?+
Pilot users can reach us in two ways today: email support@onrepeat.ai, or submit a bug or issue inside the app through the Send Feedback section.
